Step 1 of 3: Lesson Payment Terms and Conditions

Welcome back and thanks again for choosing Pilotinside.com! In order to keep our rates low and provide a better service to our clients, pilotinside.com has instilled the following rules for lesson payments and scheduling flight lessons. You must agree to these terms and conditions prior to paying for or scheduling a flight lesson. Good luck and we look forward to flying with you again!


Flight Lesson Scheduling Disclaimer

  1. Introductory Flights and Flight Lessons are non-refundable once they have been paid for.
  2. Introductory Flights and Introductory Flight Gift Certificates must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase.
  3. If an introductory flight has not been scheduled within 30 days of purchase, an inactivity fee of no less than $3.50 per month will be charged to the account balance, beginning from the first 30 days and continuing until all remaining balances have been exhausted.
  4. Introductory Flights must be scheduled and used within 90 days of purchase.
  5. If the introductory flight has not been scheduled or used within 90 days, you agree to donate any remaining balances to Pilotinside.com to support the free content that it provides on-line, including but not limited to articles, videos, and tutorials.
  6. If a lesson time cannot be met, that lesson must be cancelled by no less than 3 business days prior to that lesson.
  7. If a lesson is cancelled with less than 3 business days remaining until that lesson, a non-negotiable inconvenience fee consisting of 50% of the total scheduled lesson time will be charged to the student who scheduled that lesson.
  8. If a student fails to make any attempt to call or cancel a prior to a flight lesson commencing, that student will pay in full, the total cost of that flight lesson.
  9. Pilotinside.com flight instructors reserve the right to cancel flight lessons at anytime but will make every effort possible to make contact with the student whose lesson is being cancelled.
  10. All Flight lessons are confirmed by telephone or e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail or phone call confirming your flight lesson within 48 hours of scheduling it, your lesson time will not be reserved.
